Drivers
You drive the truck, you meet the customer, and you close the job properly. Most days are island-wide runs out of Castries — collections in the morning, deliveries through the afternoon.
What the Work Involves
- Driving the truck on collection and delivery runs across the island
- Loading and offloading alongside the porter
- Updating each job's status from your phone as it moves
- Capturing the signature and delivery photo at the door
- Talking to customers directly — you are the company to them
What You Need
- A valid Saint Lucia driving licence for the vehicle class. TODO — confirm required class.
Porters / Helpers
You handle the load. Furniture and appliances up stairs and through gates, materials on and off the truck, and the careful jobs where two people are the only safe way to do it.
What the Work Involves
- Loading and offloading furniture, appliances and materials
- Protecting and securing goods so nothing moves in transit
- Working the two-person jobs, including white-glove deliveries
- Clearing packaging away where the job calls for it

- Able to lift safely and work on your feet through the day.
